2022 CoorsTek Benefits
CoorsTek is committed to your health and wellness—mind, body, and spirit, and provides a complete benefits package for you and your dependents. We encourage you to evaluate and select benefits that suit you and your family's needs. All regular, full-time employees working 30 or more hours per week are eligible to enroll in benefits. Regular, part-time employees working 24-29 hours per week are eligible to enroll in Medical, Health Savings Account and the 401(k) Savings and Investment Plan.
Enrollment and Changes to Enrollment
As a new hire, you have 14 calendar days starting on your date of hire to initially enroll in the CoorsTek benefit package.
You may only make enrollment changes during the year if you have a qualifying “change in family status.” To change your benefits, log on to Workday, select the Benefits worklet, select Change Benefits.
You will find specific directions under Workday Help, Change Benefits. You will need to provide proof of the change, such as a marriage certificate or record of birth (birth certificate is not necessary to add a newborn to your plan - your documentation can be added at a later date).

You must complete the benefit change within 30 days of the date of the change in family status.
