2023 Dependent Care FSA
The dependent care flexible spending account allows any full-time benefit-eligible employee to pay for certain dependent care expenses such as licensed day care, after school camp, and elderly care if you or your spouse need these services so you may work or attend school full-time. Certain rules apply. You may contribute up to $5,000 (or $2,500 if married and filing separately). This amount is subject to audit. You do not need to be enrolled in a medical plan to participate.
