Kirstin Brenneman joined CoorsTek in 2021 and serves as Chief Human Resources Officer, where she leads the company’s global people strategy and enterprise systems, aligning talent, technology, and organizational capability to drive business performance. She previously served as Vice President of HR Operations & Total Rewards.

Prior to joining CoorsTek, Kirstin held roles in the technology and advisory sectors, including at Gartner and AOL, where she led enterprise technology and transformation initiatives. She began her career in consulting with Accenture. Kirstin holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Information Systems from Curtin University in Western Australia.
