2027 Benefits

Annual Benefit Enrollment Period: October 12 – November 2, 2026

All 2026 benefits will roll over to 2027. If you don’t want to make a change – no need to take any action.

All elections/changes made during the enrollment period are effective January 1, 2027.

Eligibility
All regular, full-time employees working 30 or more hours per week are eligible to enroll in all offered benefits.

How to Make Benefit Changes Outside of Open Enrollment
You may only make enrollment changes during the year if you have a qualifying “change in family status.” To change your benefits, log on to Workday, select the Benefits App, select Change Benefits.

You will find specific directions under Workday Help, Change Benefits. You will need to provide proof of the change, such as a marriage certificate or record of birth. A birth certificate is not necessary to add a newborn to your plan - your documentation can be added at a later date.

You must complete the benefit change within 30 days of the date of the change in family status.
