Medical Component Quality Control Specialist

Bioceramics Quality Control Specialists are critical to ensuring our products meet the high quality standards required by medical device companies, surgeons, and the patients who will ultimately benefit from our products.

Key job responsibilities include checking, testing, and inspecting raw materials and products at different stages. Testing, confirming and approving finished products according to established procedures and guidelines.

Shift differential available for swing shifts. $1,000 sign on bonus.

Medical Component CNC Set Up

CNC Set Up specialists responsible for operating and maintaining manufacturing machinery including loading and making minor adjustments to CNC programs to meet product requirements.

Key job responsibilities include performing CNC set-up functions by downloading pre-set programs, operating manufacturing equipment per work instructions, and inspecting parts for defects.

Shift differential available for swing shifts. $1,000 sign on bonus.

Medical Component Production Operators

Production operators are the at the core of our manufacturing process, responsible for performing multiple processes related to the manufacturing of technical ceramic components.

Key job responsibilities include operating multiple types of complex production equipment in compliance with work order instructions, inspecting parts at various process stages and taking appropriate action to ensure quality standards.

Shift differential available for swing shifts. $1,000 sign on bonus.
