Manufacturing Roles
CNC Set-Up & Set-Up Specialists
CNC Set-Up Specialists load, adjust, and create complex, multi-axis CNC programs and operate manufacturing equipment.
Key responsibilities are:
- Perform complex, multi-axis CNC machinery set-up
- Operate CNC manufacturing equipment
- Read and interpret technical drawings to determine machine set-up
- Inspect parts for defects
- Perform machine adjustments and preventative maintenance
Work Experience:
- 2 years of relevant work experience

Production Operators
Production Operators are key to our daily manufacturing processes
Some of the key responsibilities in this role are:
- Operate multiple basic production machines
- Operate a single complex, technical production equipment
- Inspects parts to determine if product meets quality
- Loads, unloads, and stacks product
- Operate a forklift, crane, and hoist
Work Experience:
- Entry-level to experienced, depending on position

Quality Control Inspectors
Quality Control Inspectors are key to ensuring our high quality standards are met by inspecting raw materials and products.
Here are some key responsibilities in this role::
- Check, test, and inspect raw materials, goods in process, and finished goods
- Perform visual and measurement inspection tests; calculate distances, angles, and radius tapers
- Use precision measuring equipment
- Input, analyze, and document statistical data using Infinity or other SPC software

- 1-3 years, depending on position
