Flat Panel Display

CoorsTek specializes in supplying high-performance ceramic components critical for Flat Panel Display (FPD) manufacturing. We offer a variety of specialized, high-purity engineered ceramics that provide superior dielectric strength, effectively preventing electrical arcing during machine operation. Our StatSafe™ ESD safe ceramic materials ensure static charge buildup is minimized during glass transport, enhancing operational safety.

CoorsTek ceramics also boast longer component life compared to engineering plastics in plasma etch applications, thanks to their exceptional thermal stability across various temperatures. Specifically engineered PlasmaPure™ high-purity alumina offers excellent corrosion resistance in plasma and chemical etching environments, surpassing standard ceramic materials in durability and performance. 

Polycrystalline Tubes and Rods

Their high-purity translucent alumina offers properties similar to sapphire but at a significantly lower cost.
