CoorsTek Adds Four New Directors to Its Board

CoorsTek is pleased to announce the appointment of four additional directors to the CoorsTek, Inc. Board of Directors. These individuals bring a wealth of industry expertise and experience to the board and will be providing the company and the Coors family with guidance and strategic input into the future direction of the company.

Along with the three company CEOs, Michael, Timothy and Jonathan Coors, the following individuals have joined as board members:

Jeffrey L. Albee is Chief Financial and Investment Officer at Adolph Coors Company, LLC. Prior to joining ACC, Mr. Albee was Managing Director at BDT Capital Partners where he focused on serving family businesses as a capital partner and trusted advisor.
Alexa A. Dembek is the Chief Technology & Sustainability Officer for DuPont. She is responsible for developing and implementing DuPont’s innovation and sustainability strategy across the portfolio of market-leading, high growth businesses in Electronics & Industrial, Water & Protection and Materials & Mobility.
David H. Li is the President and CEO and a director at CMC Materials, a leading global materials supplier to the semiconductor and energy industries. Before assuming this role in 2015, Mr. Li served in a variety of senior leadership and management positions since he joined the company in 1997.
Torkel Rhenman is Executive Vice President of Intermediates & Derivatives (I&D) and Refining for LyondellBasell, one of the largest plastics, chemicals and refining companies in the world. He has six board experiences from European, Asian and US industrial, food ingredient and financial services companies and joint ventures.
