CoorsTek Announces Mary Gritzmacher as General Counsel & Secretary
June 02 2021
CoorsTek is pleased to announce that Mary Gritzmacher has assumed the role of Corporate Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, replacing Dane Bartlett, who retired June 1 after 21 years of service. Since joining CoorsTek in March 2014, Mary has continuously contributed to the growth and strategy of the CoorsTek legal function, including the acquisition of the Uden manufacturing facility in the Netherlands in 2016. She has also driven the evolution of the legal team, most notably by developing the team’s presence in Europe during her two-year secondment to CoorsTek GmbH in Lauf, Germany.
“Mary is already a well-respected leader and trusted legal mind at CoorsTek,” said Jonathan Coors, CEO. “She has contributed greatly to the strategic transformation of the organization over the past 7 years and we are excited to welcome her to our Executive Leadership Team as we continue to navigate the ever-changing marketplace dynamics we are experiencing.”
Prior to joining CoorsTek, Mary held roles as in-house counsel at Orica Mining Services and as a real estate, business, and finance attorney at various international law firms. Mary earned a law degree from Case Western Reserve University, School of Law in Cleveland, Ohio, and bachelor’s degrees in accounting and government at Augustana College in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
