CoorsTek Earns Great Places to Work Certification

Golden, Colorado – CoorsTek, the world’s leading manufacturer of technical ceramics, is proud to announce that it has been certified as a Great Place to Work® company for a second year in a row in the United States, and for the first time in Canada, The Netherlands, South Korea, Thailand, and the United Kingdom. The employee experience is one of our highest priorities, but we realize the incredibly valuable role that our employees play in creating a positive environment. What is the survey?
The prestigious Great Place to Work certification is based entirely on what current employees say about their experience working at CoorsTek. Survey results revealed 72% of our global survey participants agree with the statement, “Taking everything into account, I would say CoorsTek is a great place to work.”  At the average U.S.-based company in 2022, only 57% of employees agree with this statement.

What does this mean for our team members?

According to research from the Great Place to Work Institute, job seekers are 4.5 times more likely to find a great boss at a Certified workplace.

Additionally, employees at Certified workplaces are 93% more likely to look forward to coming to work and are twice as likely to be paid fairly, earn a fair share of the company’s profits, and have a fair chance at promotion.
