What are my benefits while 
I’m out on parental leave?

Please reach out to your local Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) or #benefits to review your eligibility for leave options.

CoorsTek oers unpaid leave through the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) if you’ve been employed for 12 months and have worked at least 1,250 hours during the 12 months prior to your leave.

You are eligible for Short Term Disability coverage the first of the month following your date of hire. Short Term Disability is managed by The Hartford and there are pre-existing condition exclusions, including pregnancy. Please work with your HRBP to determine eligibility and file a claim. Short Term Disability pays 60% of your salary while you are disabled and all standard withholdings (premiums, 401(k), etc.) will continue.
