SPIE Optics + Photonics 2018
Visit Us In Booth #443
We're looking forward to seeing you at the SPIE Optic+Photonics 2018 in San Diego, California. At this year's event, CoorsTek will be showcasing these industry-leading technologies:
From aerospace mirrors to focal plane array components to optical support structures, CoorsTek silicon carbides are engineered and optimized specifically for optics and imaging applications which demand high stiffness, low mass, and thermal stability. Silicon carbide optical systems are engineered for low mass, low complexity, athermal designs — enhancing optical system performance and reliability.
You can see more on our Optics & Imaging page.
Airborne Sensor Components
Aircraft and spacecraft use sensors across all kinds of systems — to detect pressures, temperatures, proximity, oxygen and gases, and more. CoorsTek ceramic sensor components use exclusive advanced technical ceramics to provide precise, robust sensors that withstand the extremes of aerospace applications.
You can see our full line of materials available on our Sensors page.
Metallized Antenna Components
CoorsTek ceramic structural insulators, metallized RF antenna circuitry, and other components are found in a multitude of mobile communications devices.
Our transparent spinels offer superior hardness and toughness for a variety of aerospace and defense applications. With up to 80% optical transparency, visible through mid-wave infrared, and no birefringence, spinels are excellent for protection windows, domes, multispectral cameras & imaging systems, and radomes. This material can be used in large shapes up to 600mm x 480mm.
